/CNW/ - In reasons released this afternoon, Justice Maurice Cullity of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice confirmed that the class action commenced by former residents of the Huronia Regional Centre would be certified as a class action.
The case names the Province of Ontario as a defendant and arises out of the Provinces operation of Huronia for more than 133 years.
