/CNW/ - TinyMassive Technologies Inc. (the Company) is pleased to announce it has completed a private placement of 3,430,000 common shares at a price of $0.05 per share for aggregate proceeds of $171,500. A commission of 10% was paid to PI Financial Corp. The total amount of the commission paid was $14,150.
The Company intends to use the proceeds raised from the issuance of these securities for the operations of TBwaP, Inc. (TBwaP).
The Company currently owns approximately 51% of TBwaP and is negotiating to acquire the remaining 49%.
The Company intends to close a second private placement to raise up to an additional $230,000 within the next 10 days.
